The 2025 Annual Dues for permanent full members of the Wicks Creek Homeowner’s Association is $800 (Due on before May 30th, 2025)

We offer several methods of payment.

Via Zelle (most major financial institutions offer Zelle through online banking)
By Checks payable to “Wicks Creek Homeowner’s Association” and mail to Lisa Singer at 1863 Wicks Lane.
You may also split your payments into two and pay via Zelle. There is a $15 fee for splitting your payment.
